Can I get help understanding a medical diagnosis mother? - medical diagnosis more condition_symptoms
On behalf of my mother and hope that someone is in the family, it can be translated as. We are prepared for the worst, but my mother can not call as a consultant in plain English - or a timetable.
A little history first:
My mother is 63 years. No pain. Even smaller and lighter, but in the last month from 36 kg to 34 kg. 1 kg lost during the last 2 weeks.
Diagnosis: Bilateral centrilobular emphysema. Right lung clear. It 8.3x6.3cm mass in the left lower lobe with focal necrosis. It is a lymph node carénaires 1.1cm. Focus of low attenuation in the liver, R lobe infiltration falciform ligament in addition to probably focus on fatty acids. It subcentimeter retroperitoneal lymph nodes and upper abdominal muscles.
Conclusion:
Much of the left lower lobe lung mass with necrosis is the suspicion of lung cancer
1.1 cm lymph carénaires
Focal liver lesions of low attenuation, it is likely focal fatty infiltration
I hope someone can translate, and to be honest with ourselves.
