Im applying for a appartment... why are they asking for my last three bank statements? - letter for appartment application
In an attempt to get into my first apartment. I really want and need this apartment building because of its beautiful location and very clean and cheap is 600 per month. with the application is a long list of things I have to run as W2 forms, pay stubs, employment letter and three months of bank statements? Why does my bank statements and what does that prove? How much money do they expect me to do or to pay the rent .... please help thanxxx in advance

So you might want to know if your money is going to be faithful, and have enough to live.
do not want a security deposit, which is the monthly rent.
then you have to pay monthly rent.
I do not want someone who lives there and who is poor and can not afford it.
