Schizophrenia is a mental illness, where you can hear and see things that others can not.
hillusinations can cause fever, could not see it, which in this respect.
It also sounds as if your panic attacks (Beart rapid heartbeat, palpitations, night sweats, nightmares)
This can cause pain in the body and blood pressure, nose bleeds can cause the blood pressure.

Im not sure if the fever or pain of the skin.

Control your blood pressure, and you return to your doctor just in case.

continue to apply to physicians DR til you go, what do you if you must change, not give up until they figure it seems that more than one thing happens, and maybe fibromyalgia, anxiety / depression better

Sounds like some kind of flu, but that does not explain the "no" ....... Cough and sounds exactly like the flu, but coughing.
